Privacy

Short version: we collect only what you type into the early-access form, we keep it in one place, and we do not track you.

What the form collects

• Your name and work email, which are required.
• Your shop name and the software you use today, which are optional.
• Optional survey answers: your country and, for Canada and the United States, province or state; the units you quote in; the currency you invoice in; the tax you charge; your accounting software; the language you would want; what your shop does; your team size; and a short note about your country (up to 300 characters).

We ask for the survey answers because we are starting in Canada and the United States, and they tell us where shops want Quotlith next. Answering does not commit us to any country, date or price.

We use these only to write back to you about early access to Quotlith and to plan where to go next. We do not sell them or share them for advertising.

Where it is stored

Your answers are saved in Cloudflare Workers KV, a database run by Cloudflare, who also host this site. Cloudflare stores it on servers around the world, so we cannot promise a particular country. To limit repeat submissions we keep a short-lived counter tied to a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address. It is deleted within a few hours. We do not store your IP address with your signup.

Like any web host, Cloudflare may log requests (for example your IP address and browser type) to run and protect the service.

No tracking

This site has no analytics, no advertising scripts, no third-party fonts or embeds, and no cookies. If you pick the dark or light theme with the toggle, that choice is saved in your own browser (local storage) and is never sent to us.

Keeping and deleting your details

We keep your details until you ask us to delete them or until early access ends, whichever comes first. You can ask to see, correct or delete them at any time.

The full policy

This page covers this website and the early-access form only. The privacy policy and terms of service for the Quotlith app itself are being finalized and will be published before the app opens to shops.
